Railo 3.1.2 Preview

Hot on the heels of 3.1.1.017, Build 3.1.2.000 is available on the public preview update site ( http://preview.getrailo.org/ ). You can find details on how to update your Railo build here.

As always, you should take caution when updating your Railo server. We're looking for feedback on this build, so if you find any issues - please let us know as it's important to note that 3.1.2 will eventually become the public build.

    Todd: I was looking for a page with "release notes" for what changes are in 3.1.2. Is that out there yet ... or too early. Thanks!

    @Craig: From what I can see take 3.1.1.017's patch note ( http://www.railo.ch/blog/index.cfm/2009/11/9/Railo-311017-Preview ) and add 2 items onto the bottom of it.

    Hey Todd,

    Do you know if they are planning to fix the image scaling bug in Railo? If your not familiar with this one, it's when you scale a JPEG, Railo turns the image completly black.

    Love Railo, but this one is killing me.

    @Doug: Make sure the issue is in JIRA. That's all I can say right now. Did Gert ever get back to you regarding your other inquiries? (the attachment of .txt files)

    Hi Todd, I saw that the issue was posted over on the JBOSS bug tracker, and even providing some feedback. I wasn't sure if this was Railo or JBOSS. Just know it hasn't been resolved and was hoping you might have some insight.
    Anyways, thanks.
    p.s. I think you have me confused with another Doug, not familiar with the .txt issue or Gert. :-)

    @Doug: Please post a sample image (that is failing) on that bug if you can so that the developers can look at the metadata, etc.
