We have intercepted a message addressed to headquarters telling us some strange but interesting things might happen towards the end of May '007 somewhere in Scottland. All we found out was that a conference Scotch on the rocks '007 will take place on May, 31 and June 1. We decided to send Sean Bont, a Bont Girl and Kiu to attend the conference.

Well here in more details and in english:
Following an invitation of Scottish CGUG's Stephen Moretti to this year's Scotch on the Rocks '007, some of us from Railo will attend the conference on May 31 and June 1 in Edinburgh Scottland. I am proud that I have been asked to deliver a speech as part of the conference. Michael Streit head of core development will join me as well as one of our Bont girls :-)
So if you want to see Railo in action, just drop on by and take a look. We will present the new Railo 1.1 version and the improvements and performance boosts Railo can bring to a given application. Take a look at:
  • Railo architecture
  • New Administrator
  • Ressources
  • New compile engine
  • Magic functions
  • Creating your own function library
  • many more...
Until then I guess, I have to improve my english.

We are all really looking foreward to meeting a lot of you guys on the conference.

Well, I hope we can make it. But, at least this year, we won't come as a sponsor or exhibitor. It may also depend on the development in the upcoming months.
